A floor plan is a scaled diagram of a room as viewed from above. Our floor plans cover the entire building, and include room measurements in metric and imperial with a total for the building. Floor plans are useful to help design buyers visualise the space and layout of a property and are a valuable tool for estate agents.

Rightmove released a study in 2013 that suggested that buyers consider floor plans not just nice to have, but essential when looking at properties. One in five said they would ignore a property without a floor plan. They also rated floor plans more important than the description of the property. On the flip side, when sellers consider hiring an estate agent, Rightmove found that 42% wouldn't hire an agent that didn't offer a floor plan.

Due to Covid 19 Prophoto temporarily suspended photo shoots at inhabited properties but continued to be available to attend empty properties. We have now developed our Covid 19 risk assessment to identify the potential risks when photographing on location and have plans in place to limit them.
